HOW WE WORK

PROWHEY™ is unique within the sports nutrition industry. We only sell directly to the consumer (i.e. you!) and manufacture the vast majority of our products in-house. This enables us to sell at the absolute lowest prices possible, by avoiding the additional overheads that are built in to products from other brands.

By selling directly to you, we avoid the need to use distributors and wholesalers, who would apply an additional mark-up to our products in order to satisfy their own profit margin. Additionally, by manufacturing in-house, we are able to keep our production costs to a minimum and prevent the need for expensive outsourced manufacturers.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

When BULK POWDERS™ launched back in 2005, we caused a huge stir within the industry! Never before had consumers been able to access high quality nutritional supplements at such low prices. Through a combination of our direct business model and by utilising our huge buying power to negotiate the best prices on raw materials, we are able to ensure that the majority of our products are offered at the lowest prices in Europe! Don’t just take our word for it… Compare them for yourself!

In addition to the lowest prices in Europe, you can also benefit from further savings on your supplements when you buy in bulk. Whether buying for yourself, as a group, as a team or a gym, the more you buy the more you can save! QUALITY, QUALITY, QUALITY…

When it comes to the quality of our products, quite simply, we never compromise. We don’t, and never will, compromise on quality for a cost saving – just like we know that you wouldn’t when it comes to choosing what goes in to your body! We prefer to work with fewer suppliers than other companies and build long-term relationships with them. In this way, not only do we get the best prices, but we can absolutely guarantee the quality of every product we sell.

Take our whey protein supplier for example; we have worked with them since 2005. So, whilst other companies chop and change to save pence here and there, or even use multiple suppliers of varying quality, we have stocked the same whey protein (widely viewed as the premium whey protein in the industry) from the outset. 

We also independently test supplier materials, and on most product pages you will also find a Certificate of Analysis available to download. This certification provides total peace of mind as to the quality of each product, along with further detailed information as to the product specification.

Our commitment to quality doesn’t end here though… In fact, it only just starts with our suppliers! By manufacturing the majority of our products in-house, our experienced production department are able to oversee every aspect of the manufacturing process, ensuring quality at each stage. Every product produced on-site is done so in our state of the art, temperature-controlled, expansive clean room facility. All machinery has been custom-made for our needs and is built in the UK to the highest possible standards. We don’t compromise on quality anywhere and we are proud that this is reflected throughout every aspect of our company.
