Standard Delivery Information

  • Our Standard Delivery is FREE and available right across Thailand.
  • We use a variety of couriers, the most suitable of which is chosen on your behalf based on your location and the service you have selected.
  • Provided your order is placed before the cut-off times it will be dispatched the same day. Orders are delivered within 2-3 working days from dispatch, however, some out of area post codes may take longer.
  • A signature is required upon delivery so please ensure somebody is available at the address to sign for the package.

Return Policy

Can I send my item back for an exchange?

At ProWhey we are unable to offer an exchange service, but providing that the returns guidelines have been met, we will refund you for any returned goods, and then you can purchase your chosen item. Please note that we cannot accept clothing returns if the label has been removed.

I don’t like the taste – can I send it back?

We understand that everyone’s tastes are different. If you have opened and part-consumed your product then we are not able to change it for another product, flavour or offer a refund. If in doubt or it’s your first time using our products, we strongly suggest you try a smaller size pouch rather than going for a large pouch first time round.

How can I return my order and what are your guidelines?

We understand that occasionally you may change your mind or want to return an item to us. If you wish to return it to us, please send it to the below returns address within 7 days of delivery.

Please note that we cannot accept the return of items which have been opened or part-consumed.

I am having trouble logging into my account

There can be several reasons why you may experience problems logging into your account at ProWhey.com

The most common issues are listed below and may assist you in resolving your current issue.

  • Email address. Please make sure that you are using the same email address that you used during the registration process. Make sure that your email address is spelt correctly.
  • Password. Make sure that you are using the correct password and that you check the Caps lock and Num lock keys on your keyboard as the password will be case sensitive.
  • If you are unsure of your password, click the ‘Forgotten Password’ function.

If you have forgotten your password, you will need to use the ‘Forgotten Password’ function on the login page.

Opening An Account

How do I open an account

It is very easy and quick to register an account with ProWhey.com

On the home page, select Register. This will open a new window.  Choose ‘Welcome Log in/Register’. IMPORTANT: if you are using a Referral Code, you should enter it at this stage. You will see the relevant box at the top on the right-hand side.

You will be prompted for some limited personal information before subsequently being logged in to your account page.  Here you can add as much or as little as you want.  For future purposes, it is worth noting that you can see:

  • Address information
  • Order History
  • Track & Trace information
  • Your reviews
  • Your PRO REWARDSpoints.
  • Your Referral details

You will not be required to add any address or payment information.  This will only occur during your first checkout.

By registering, you will be added to our mailing list and will receive all relevant offers from this moment.

How do I change my personal details

If you would like to change any of your personal information, you can do so by clicking ‘edit details’ in your account. You will then be able to amend your personal details. Please remember to select ‘update’ or your changes won’t take effect.

How do I close my account

If you wish to close your account, please email us with your request as we are unable to accept verbal instructions of this nature for security reasons. Please make sure that you include the email address that is registered against your account.

PRO POINTS is our way of saying “thank you” for your custom. Quite simply – every time you shop with ProWhey.com you accumulate Reward Points on your purchases. These points can either be redeemed as a discount against your next order, or, can be saved up over time.

How to earn PRO POINTS

It’s really very simple! For every 100 THB you spend at ProWhey.com (excluding shipping costs) you will earn 5 PRO POINTS. The more you spend the more you earn!

You must be a registered customer and logged in to your account when placing your order. Points are then automatically calculated on your order value and added to your account.

Are there any restrictions on spending PRO POINTS

There are a couple of restrictions on how you can spend your points.

  1. There must always be a cash transaction even if it is only 1 THB. Pro Points cannot be used against the whole value of the order.
  2. PRO POINTS can’t be redeemed against delivery costs.

How long are PRO POINTS valid for

PRO POINTS are valid for 1 year (365 days). Any points earned but not used within this time frame will be removed from your account.

How much are PRO POINTS worth

Every point is worth 0.05 THB, so if you spend 1,000 THB you will accumulate 50 PRO POINTS, which is worth 50 THB in monetary value.

Where can I see my PRO POINTS balance

In the “My Account” section, you will see a link on the left of the page titled PRO POINTS. Here you will be able to check your points balance and track exactly how much you have spent, redeemed and accumulated.

Getting Started

Can I amend my order after I have placed it

As ProWhey.com use a fully automated ordering process, this means that all orders are locked onto the system as soon as you have placed and paid for the order. This ensures that your order is dispatched on time.

As a result of this we are unable to add or change any items on your order. There is a small chance that we may be able to remove a product from your order or possibly amend a flavour, but this is not guaranteed.

We will not be able to change an unflavoured product to a flavoured alternative on any order. If you order has been picked or despatched by the time we receive your instruction, we will not be able to amend your order. Please note that our warehouse work outside of our office hours and therefore your order may have been processed by the time we receive your request.

Can I cancel my order

If you decide you would like to cancel your order for any reason, please contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible at sales@prowhey.com and they will do all they can to assist with your request. However, please be aware that once your order has been placed, there is only a small window of opportunity for them to complete your request. Please note that Customer Services are open Monday to Friday 9am – 8pm, and Saturday and Sunday 9am – 5pm. If your request is received after these hours, it may not be possible for them to complete your request.

If we are unable to cancel your order, you may return it to us following the Return guidelines.

You can return any unopened items within 7 days of purchase. Just make sure you send us your name, order number, and reason for return in the same package as your returned item. Please note we don’t cover the cost of returns.

How do I register for your Special Offers

Registering for the ProWhey.com newsletter is easy. On the homepage you will find an option to sign up to the newsletter. All you need to do is enter your email address and click submit. You will then receive all the latest offers and advanced notification of new product launches.

Where Is My Order

Has my order been dispatched

When your order has been dispatched you will receive a dispatch confirmation email which will include your tracking number. Your order will have been collected by the courier sometime during the same day, but your email will not be sent until the end of the working day.

If you have not provided an email address, you can contact our Customer Services at sales@prowhey.com who will advise you of your tracking information.

If you have an account with us, you will be able to see that status of your order is dispatched. If it still says dispatching, it may have already been collected by the courier, but the status may not change until the dispatch email is sent until later that day.

If it's out of stock why could i order it

All items ordered with ProWhey.com are sold subject to availability.

Although very rare, if for any reason we encounter an issue where we cannot supply a product to you, you will be notified by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible to inform you of this.

You will have the option either to exchange it for an alternative flavour (if available), remove the item or cancel your order.

Order Problems

I have received a damaged item

If you have received a damaged item, we would ask you not to refuse delivery, but to accept it and contact us immediately as refusal of the parcel will result in a delay to your entire order as we will not be able to reship your order until the courier has returned the refused one to us and this can be slower than many people realise.

We try extremely hard to prevent any damage to your goods during transit, and all our products are thoroughly inspected before they are packed and shipped.

So that we can resolve the issue as swiftly as possible we ask that you contact us and kindly provide the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Which product is damaged?
  • The type of damage
  • Did the package arrive intact and fully sealed?

We will require photographic evidence of the damage so that this can be sent to the relevant department. This will need to be received within 48 hours of your delivery.

We may need to collect the damaged item(s) from the delivery address, or on occasion may ask that you return them to us, for which you will be reimbursed. Please do not return damaged items without prior authorisation. Failure to provide this information or allow us to collect the goods may result in your claim being rejected. If you receive a damaged tub/pouch, but the seal is still intact please do not open it as this will be deemed as acceptance of the order.

Once we have received the photo(s) we will attempt to resolve the situation swiftly. We are unable to refund, credit or exchange any damaged items until proof of damage has been verified.

I have received an incorrect item

On occasion, we are aware that mistakes can happen when our staff are packing your goods. If you have received an incorrect item or incorrect weight please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Services at sales@prowhey.com  providing your order number, stating the incorrect item and the item we should have sent you and we will look into this for you as a matter of urgency and will do all that we can to rectify the issue for you.

It is probable that you will be requested to provide a photo of the incorrect product so that this can be provided to the relevant department. Please be aware that all issues will need to be reported to us within 48 working hours of your order being received and failure to comply with our request for photo confirmation may result in us being unable to consider your claim. Please do not open the incorrect product as this may be deemed as acceptance of the order

Something is missing from my order

We will always endeavor to send your order complete. On rare occasions we may contact you to advise that part of your order is out of stock and ask if you would like to wait and receive your order complete or if you would like the item deleted and refunded so the rest of the order can be dispatched. If this is the case, we will dispatch the remaining part of your order as soon as it is available.

If your order is large, we may need to send it in two boxes. These boxes will be strapped securely together as one consignment, but on occasion, especially on long international deliveries, they could become separated. If this happens you may not be aware that you should have received two boxes as your documents will show one consignment. This is because the boxes are strapped together and treated as one box by the courier. If you have not received all your goods, please contact Customer Services, sales@prowhey.com providing your order number and we will do our best to work with the courier in locating your missing item(s) and getting them to you as soon as possible.
