Usage
Take 5 tablets anytime you want additional BCAA. Common times include pre and post training, ideally on an empty stomach.
BCAA can also be mega-dosed at upto 30g per day to prevent muscle catabolism and promote muscle anabolism and fat loss.

Good product
The tablets are indeed chalky, but having in mind they are 1000mg means they are quite small (thin) and easy to swallow. The amino acid tablets are working as expected. The price is very good, so I would recommend anyone to give them a try.

Ok yeah I can see where people are coming from with tablet size.
For people that are not good with tablet popping then simply snap them in 2!
The tablets are not coated so they are quite chalky!!!!!
Nice big sips of water and swirl the tablet in mouth before swallowing,
Can’t beat the value for money really!
