I have the lemon flavour and eat them like sweets. Taste really good, and melt in your mouth. The tablets are individually wrapped so you can grab a load and throw them in your bag and you’re good to go. A little annoying I have wrappers everywhere though.
Re gains etc. noticeable increase in performance/recovery. A must as part of your training regime.

Convenient – and tasty.
Bought these for a semi-long trip as I didn’t want airport security thinking I had copious amounts of questionable powders in my carry on luggage.
Aside from them not raising any eyebrows, these are really convenient for when you’re travelling but cycling creatine and need that daily dose, even on non-workout days. You can pack exactly what you need, nothing more, nothing less.
The flavour is quite good too, and a nice change from the granular nature of the powder (you guys know what I’m talking about).
I like to think of them as the chalk form of my favourite sweet (gummy bears). Except no gumminess. And chalky.
Anyway, individually wrapped makes things sanitary, easy to pack, and basically a pretty easy way to take creatine even when you’re not travelling and just have those active rest days.
P.S. – good to see you’ve got the Sports AM PM multi back. It has been missed.

CREAPURE CHEWABLE TABLETS
I have to often travel for work so was looking for a source of creatine that I could conveniently take with me and include as a pre or post workout supplement if hitting the gym abroad. These chewable tablets fit the bill perfectly – small, compact and lemon flavour tastes nice. Added bonus that they are Creapure version too!
