It’s simple if you feel that isotonic drinks with electrolytes keep you better hydrated then this is for you as most electrolyte drinks in shops are way underdosed. This is properly dosed electrolyte powder and you can’t go wrong with it!

WHAT IS ELECTROLYTE POWDER?
Electrolyte Powder contains Sodium, Potassium, Calcium and Magnesium. Many electrolyte products contain only two electrolytes. When added to carbohydrate, Electrolyte Powder contributes to the maintenance of endurance performance during prolonged endurance exercise.
Electrolyte Powder allows you to control the amount of electrolytes you consume relative to your carbohydrate drink. Alternatively, it can be used to top up carbohydrate drinks that contain low levels of electrolytes.

Great product
I love the fact that its just the electrolytes and no additives. My husband can’t eat citric acid (thats added in pretty much anything with flavour) and need electrolytes during the summer months at his job, and we have had SO much trouble finding one that he can take.
Well yes, its just salt so it tastes salty, but you can mix it with something else, I personally like a dash of lemonjuice, in one of my smoothies, or in a big glas of homemade icetea.

Electrolytes
Great value basic supplement. If you want some electrolytes, try these. I don’t think you really need them unless you’re doing gruelling endurance work or sweat tons in the gym, but if you feel like you might need some salts or are feeling fatigued then buy some of these. Another review said that they taste horrible – it’s pure salt, I don’t really expect it to taste nice! You can add other flavours or ingredients as required. I personally sweat a lot sometimes so have a scoop after heavy low rep lifting if I feel like it.

Sugar Free!
So glad to find a well-priced and convenient electrolyte powder that isn’t full of sugar and flavourings. 100g pouch size is great for on the go.
(Please ignore anyone saying it doesn’t taste nice; of course it doesn’t, it’s salt.)
I’d advise adding it to a tiny bit of sugar-free squash, or something that already has flavour!
