Excellent value. I really see results. I recover a lot quicker. After leg day I barely feel a twinge in my legs. Love it!

    What are Essential Amino Acids?

Our Essential Amino Acids have the complete 9 amino acid profile. Formulated for optimal levels this is a perfect addition to any shake. Essential Amino Acids (EAA) are required by the body to help build new tissue and aid muscle repair.

They are deemed 'essential' since they cannot be synthesised or created by the body and the only way we can get them is through the foods we eat and supplements we take. Making this powder a perfect means of supporting muscle repair.

    EAA

    Great product, very cost effective!

  2. Rich

A BETTER WAY TO TAKE EAA!
    100%
I find this product mixed with anything makes it very bitter to taste.

So try this, spoon an amount of EEA,s into your mouth, then sip some water or any other drink, mix together in your mouth then down the hatch!!… For whatever reason it does not taste bitter this way… I find it is at least 80% better taste wise.

    Unflavoured is awful

I used watermelon initially which had a weird taste but was bearable but when I needed more there was only unflavoured available. Unflavoured tastes awful, it’s bitter and makes me wretch so I’ve had to mix it in with a protein shake to mask it. It masks best with chocolate peanut I find. Overall a good product but maybe need to stick to flavoured!

  4. Rach

    So versatile

I use the unflavoured version so as to add it to a variety of drinks (with the Glutamine Peptides).
I put 5g each of the EAA and Glutamine Peptides into my regular protein shake from Home Bargains (UK), I put it in my Complete Thermogenic drink from here and later in the day I’ve even added it to a regular squash drink to get my 15g throughout the day and the flabour is masked very easily.
