WHAT ARE ESSENTIAL AMINO ACIDS?
Essential Amino Acid, often referred to in research as EAA, are termed ‘essential’ as they must be obtained via the diet – they can’t be synthesised by the body. The nine Essential Amino Acids are: Leucine, Isoleucine, Valine, Lysine, Phenylalanine, Tryptophan, Threonine, Methionine and Histidine.
BULK POWDERS™ Essential Amino Acids are an exclusive blend, with a high Leucine content of 5g per 15g serving.

A BETTER WAY TO TAKE EAA!
100%
I find this product mixed with anything makes it very bitter to taste.
So try this, spoon an amount of EEA,s into your mouth, then sip some water or any other drink, mix together in your mouth then down the hatch!!… For whatever reason it does not taste bitter this way… I find it is at least 80% better taste wise.

Unflavoured is awful
I used watermelon initially which had a weird taste but was bearable but when I needed more there was only unflavoured available. Unflavoured tastes awful, it’s bitter and makes me wretch so I’ve had to mix it in with a protein shake to mask it. It masks best with chocolate peanut I find. Overall a good product but maybe need to stick to flavoured!

So versatile
I use the unflavoured version so as to add it to a variety of drinks (with the Glutamine Peptides).
I put 5g each of the EAA and Glutamine Peptides into my regular protein shake from Home Bargains (UK), I put it in my Complete Thermogenic drink from here and later in the day I’ve even added it to a regular squash drink to get my 15g throughout the day and the flabour is masked very easily.
