As warned I’m back.
Not sure where the medical chalky taste came from cos from the second serving on this has tasted great. Three weeks ago I was 191.2lbs of flabby old man. Today I am 197.8lbs and a lot leaner, so much so i have gone from spilling out of a 34″ trouser (risking going into a 36″) to fitting in to a 32″.
Put inch and half on biceps, and discovered a toned 44″ chest.
NO CARDIO JUST WEIGHTS AND CORE WORK.

Invested in three bags today and just finished first portion. I’ve tried with water my lad with skimmed milk. Has a kind of medical after taste with chalky undertones, very filling. Will be happy if it provides the results I’m expecting. Second impressions at the end of the three bags

Literally the best mass gainer in the market, only 2.9 grams of sugar, good protein n carbs, I’ve been using it for about 6 weeks now and the difference is insane, most people have noticed.
