PRO CULTURE™ – Ingredient Overview
PRO CULTURE™ contains five strains of live bacterial cultures; Lactobacillus Plantarum, Lactobacillus Rhamnosus, Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Bifidobacterium Lactis and LactoSpore® (Bacillus Coagulans). These have been dosed potently and provide a total of 20bn CFU per two-capsule serving. To put this in perspective, this is over 2.5 times stronger than other leading blends of cultures on the market. The cultures have been paired with MicrobiomeX® and the ever-popular Inulin. The full breakdown of ingredients and dosages per two capsule serving is as follows:
Inulin 400mg, MicrobiomeX® (80% Hesperidin, 3.5% Naringin) 300mg, Synbalance® Sport Max™ 20 Billion CFU* (Lactobacillus Plantarum 7.6 billion CFU*, Lactobacillus Rhamnosus 4.6 billion CFU*, Lactobacillus Acidophilus 3.2 billion CFU*, Bifidobacterium Lactis 4.6 billion CFU*), LactoSpore® (Bacillus Coagulans) 600 million Spores*. *All CFU and Spore counts are correct at the time of manufacture.
This is a total of 20 billion CFU, 600 million Spores, 400mg Inulin, 240mg Hesperidin and 10.5mg Naringin per day.
PRO CULTURE™ – Ingredient Spotlight
Inulin 400mg:Inulin is a form of soluble fibre which belongs to a class of dietary fibres called Fructans, Inulin is categorised as a unique group of naturally occurring polysaccharides. This soluble fibre is found commonly in a variety of foods including many pulses and vegetables. It is non-digestible in the gut and therefore passes through the stomach and small intestine unchanged, where it then enters the large intestine.
MicrobiomeX® 300mg:This innovative ingredient is an extract from Citrus sinensis which is a natural source of flavanone glycosides. MicrobiomeX® is standardised to provide 80% Hesperidin and 3.5% Naringin, two compounds typically found in the peel of citrus fruits.
Synbalance Sport Max™ Blend 20bn CFU*:Our fantastic blend of cultures will be what’s really drawn you to this page. Four live strains of bacteria have been combined in the Synbalance Sport Max™ blend; three of which are strains of Lactobacillus and one Bifidobacterium. The total dose of cultures per 2 cap serving is 20 billion CFU, over two and a half times more than other leading brands on the market.
